Pearce Afriyie, known by his stage name Pearse, hails from the heart of Adenta, Accra Ghana. He is a young Afrobeat and Melodic Drill musician and a songwriter whose musical journey draws inspiration from the rhythms of Afro beats stars such as King promise, Omah lay, and many more.
Pearse upbringing had a significant influence on his musical path which contributes to his mastery in the native Twi language. Pearse creates soul-satisfying music by skillfully combining rich melodies with the knowledge found in proverbs and old sayings.
Songs like "Efya Odo," and "Cinderella," helped to create the basis for his most recent hit, "Depression," which is going viral with over with a very good numbers across streaming platforms and an impressive views on TikTok, and this has opened doors and hearts, propelling him into the spotlight.
The uprising star has released a cover of his upcoming single which features the Hossana and journey hitmaker Banzy Banero titled “Sermon” which has got his social media supporters (fans) blazing and waiting for it as the said date for the release is 20th March 2025.
